Once we know the probability p_i that a single cascade ends at node i, the expected number of cascades needed to hit node i is simply the expectation of a geometric distribution with success probability p_i, which equals 1 / p_i.
So the entire problem reduces to computing p_i for each node efficiently, then outputting its modular inverse.
