The constraints are the real signal here. The total array size over all test cases is up to $5 \cdot 10^5$, and the number of test cases can be as large as $10^4$. This combination rules out any approach that scans all subsegments explicitly. A naive $O(n^2)$ enumeration per test case would immediately exceed time limits. Even $O(n \log n)$ per test case becomes risky unless extremely optimized.
The key difficulty is that each candidate segment requires maximum queries on two halves, and we must do this for many possible lengths. Any solution must avoid recomputing maxima repeatedly.
A subtle edge case appears when $k = 0$. In this case, we only accept segments where the two half maxima are exactly equal. This tends to create many overlapping valid segments in arrays with repeated values, and naive counting approaches often double-count or miss contributions because they do not properly align segment endpoints with the required index $i + m - 1$.

Approaches
A brute-force solution would iterate over every possible starting index $i$, then every possible even length $2m$, and compute the maximum of both halves directly. Computing each maximum naively costs $O(m)$, so the total becomes cubic in the worst case. Even with a sliding window optimization per half, we still end up with roughly $O(n^2)$ segments per test case, which is far too slow for $5 \cdot 10^5$ total elements.
The bottleneck is repeated maximum queries over overlapping windows. Each segment shares most of its structure with neighboring segments, so recomputing maxima independently is wasteful.
The key observation is that $k \le 10$, which strongly constrains the condition “difference of maxima is small”. Instead of treating all segments equally, we can fix a potential value range around a maximum and exploit the fact that valid segments must have tightly clustered maxima. This suggests maintaining sliding window maximum structures and grouping segments by their midpoint structure.
We can also reframe the problem: each segment is determined by its midpoint boundary $i + m - 1$. If we fix the midpoint, we are effectively pairing a left window ending at that midpoint and a right window starting just after it, both of length $m$. This allows us to maintain two monotonic deques per length or, more efficiently, process contributions by expanding around each midpoint while tracking maximum constraints incrementally.
With careful preprocessing, we maintain for each position information about how far we can extend left and right while keeping maxima under control. This reduces the problem from enumerating segments to counting valid expansions around each midpoint, each contributing a fixed formula term.

Algorithm Walkthrough
We exploit the fact that we only need to compare maxima of two equal-length adjacent blocks. This allows us to center the computation around each possible midpoint.
Steps
- Precompute the sequence $f[i]$ up to $n$.

Why it works
