Approaches
The brute force approach would try every possible final triple (x, y, z) inside the coordinate ranges. For every candidate, we compute the total cost by checking all n vectors. The number of candidates can be around 100000^3, and each one costs O(n), giving an impossible worst case.
The key observation is that the cost function is convex. Each vector contributes a function made from maximums of linear expressions, and the sum of convex functions remains convex. A convex function has no local minimum away from the global minimum, so we can start from a good position and repeatedly move toward better neighbors.
For each dimension, the median is a good starting point because absolute-value based convex functions are minimized near medians. After choosing the three coordinate medians, we perform a discrete gradient search. We try moving the current point in all 27 directions in three dimensions. If a move improves the answer, we accept it and continue. Otherwise, we reduce the jump size by half. Since the function is convex, large jumps find the correct area and smaller jumps refine the exact integer minimum.

- Read all vectors and store the three coordinate arrays separately. We need these arrays both for finding starting points and evaluating the cost function.
- Choose the median of each coordinate as the initial candidate

Why it works is based on convexity. The cost of one vector is the sum of two maximums of linear functions, which is convex. Adding all vectors keeps the function convex. A convex function cannot have a better point hidden behind a worse point, so local improvement by checking neighbors leads toward the global minimum.
