Algorithm Walkthrough
- Build the convex hull of all points using the monotonic chain algorithm. The hull gives the only possible sides that can satisfy the supporting line condition.

- After every hull edge has been processed, each point stores the smallest valid triangle area containing it. The answer is the largest of these values.
