Since there are O(n^2) segments, the total work explodes beyond 10^10 operations in worst case, which is not remotely feasible.
The core structural insight is to invert the perspective. Instead of thinking about segments and collecting divisors, we think about each divisor d and the interval structure induced by its occurrences.
For a fixed divisor d, it appears in position i if and only if d divides a[i]. Inside any segment, d contributes to X if and only if the segment intersects at least one position where d appears. That condition is equivalent to saying that the segment contains at least one index from the set Occ[d].

Thus we maintain counts per divisor in the window, and X changes only when a divisor count goes from 0 to 1 or 1 to 0.

Algorithm Walkthrough

The important idea is that for a fixed R, once L is pushed as far right as possible while not improving the score, any further movement would only decrease it. So the best segment ending at R is always captured by this greedy contraction.
Why it works
The algorithm maintains a window where every divisor contributes to X exactly when it appears at least once in the window. The only state changes that affect X are transitions of divisor frequencies between zero and non-zero. Because these transitions are local to adding or removing endpoints, X evolves incrementally and consistently with the window definition.
For each R, we search over all L implicitly via greedy shrinking. The score function changes monotonically when removing elements that do not destroy too many active divisors relative to the length reduction. This ensures that the maintained L is optimal for that R.
