A robot with speed a can survive until second floor(L / a). If a group is shot at second t, every robot inside that group must have a survival time at least t. Since later groups are shot later, the faster robots are the dangerous ones and need to be placed earlier.
The key observation is that for a subarray, the best strategy always takes a prefix of that subarray as separate groups. Let d[i] = floor(L / a[i]) be the last possible second for robot i. Because speeds are sorted, the deadlines d[i] are non-increasing, so the robot later in the array is never easier to save than an earlier one.
For a subarray starting at l, a prefix of length k works if the robot at position l + k - 1 can survive until second 1, the previous one until second 2, and so on. This can be written as:
d[i] >= l + k - i
for every index in that prefix. Rearranging gives:
d[i] + i >= l + k
so the whole prefix must have every value of d[i] + i at least l + k.
The constraints allow N to reach 200000. A solution that checks every subarray and simulates grouping would require around N^3 work in the worst case, which is far beyond what is possible. Even checking every subarray with a linear scan gives O(N^2) operations, which is already too slow for the largest tests.
The main edge cases come from confusing the best grouping with the original order or from assuming the whole subarray can always be separated.

Approaches
A direct approach is to look at every subarray, simulate the deadlines of its robots, and greedily assign the latest possible robots to the earliest seconds. This is correct because it is the standard scheduling idea for jobs with deadlines. However, there are N * (N + 1) / 2 subarrays, so even an O(length) calculation per subarray becomes O(N^3).
The important observation is that the answer for a starting position does not depend on the right boundary in a complicated way. Suppose we compute best[l], the maximum number of groups possible if we take the suffix starting at l and allow it to use all remaining robots. Then any subarray starting at l with length len has score exactly min(best[l], len).
To compute best, define:
value[i] = i + floor(L / a[i])
using one-based indices. A valid prefix of length k starting at i requires every value in that prefix to be at least i + k.
Processing from right to left gives a simple recurrence. If best[i + 1] robots can be separated after position i, then position i can extend that valid prefix by one only if its own value is large enough. The new value is:
best[i] = min(best[i + 1] + 1, value[i] - i)
with a minimum of one.
After that, each starting position contributes a simple arithmetic sum. If the remaining length is m, then the contribution is the sum of min(best[i], 1) + min(best[i], 2) + ... + min(best[i], m).

Algorithm Walkthrough
- Compute the survival deadline of every robot. For robot

Why it works:
The greedy grouping works because later robots have smaller deadlines, so any optimal schedule can be rearranged so that the groups are taken from the right side of the chosen prefix first. This means the only thing that matters is how long a valid prefix we can build.
The recurrence preserves this property. If the suffix after i supports k groups, then adding robot i can only make a prefix of length k + 1 if robot i survives until that new final second. No longer prefix is possible because the remaining robots already form the maximum valid suffix. Thus every best[i] is correct, and the final summation counts exactly all subarrays.

The array best is computed from right to left because the value at position i depends on the already computed value of i + 1. The recurrence only uses the current robot's deadline and the next suffix result, so no data structure is needed.
The contribution calculation uses the formula for the sum of the first k positive integers. When the subarray becomes longer than the maximum valid prefix, every extra robot keeps the score unchanged, which is why the remaining part contributes (length - k) * k.
All calculations are done with Python integers, which automatically handle the large sums that can exceed 32-bit ranges.
