If yes, then this bit contributes to the final answer. If no, then this bit is impossible and must be 0 in the result.
So the problem reduces to checking feasibility of making each bit appear somewhere.
Now the structure of binary numbers becomes important. For a fixed bit b, the pattern of that bit over integers is periodic: blocks of size 2^(b+1), with the first half being 0 and the second half being 1. This periodic structure allows us to determine whether an interval [L, ai] contains any number with bit b = 1.
For a given i, the only way bit b cannot appear at all in [L, ai] is if the entire interval lies inside a region where bit b is always 0. That happens exactly when both endpoints fall inside the same “zero half” of a periodic block and do not cross into a “one half”.

Algorithm Walkthrough
We process each test case independently.
- For each bit position b from 0 to 59, we assume initially that this bit cannot be made part of the final answer.

Why it works
Each element contributes a continuous interval of selectable values. For a fixed bit, the only obstruction is when that interval is fully contained in a region where the bit is always zero. Edge Cases
