Even if we optimize and use multi-source Dijkstra per time, the worst case still has T up to 100,000. Each run costs O(m log n), so total complexity becomes O(T m log n), which is far beyond feasible limits.
The key observation is that recomputing shortest paths is unnecessary. Distances from every node to every gate can be precomputed once. Since k is at most 15, we can run Dijkstra from each gate independently. This gives us a distance table where for every node u and gate g we know dist[g][u].
After this preprocessing, the only remaining task per time moment is to evaluate, for each node, the minimum distance among currently active gates. Since k is small, we can simply scan over active gates for each node.
The second structural insight is that the active gate set does not change every time moment. Each gate contributes at most two events, opening and closing, so the entire timeline splits into at most O(k) constant segments. Within each segment, the set of active gates is fixed, so we can compute the answer once per segment.
This reduces the problem from T recomputations to O(k) recomputations, each costing O(nk), which is acceptable.

Algorithm Walkthrough
1. Compute shortest paths from each gate
We run Dijkstra starting from each gate node independently. This produces a distance array for each gate to every node.
The reason this works is that gates are the only possible destinations, so we want reusable shortest path information rather than recomputing it repeatedly.
2. Convert gate intervals into events
Each gate is active on an interval [l, r]. We convert this into two events: at time l the gate becomes active, and at time r+1 it becomes inactive.
We sort all events by time. Between consecutive event times, the active gate set does not change.
3. Build a structure of time segments
We sweep through time from 1 to T, maintaining the current active set of gates. Whenever we pass an event, we update the set. Each maximal interval where the set is unchanged becomes one segment.

We store the number of tourists at each node. For a fixed active set S, the contribution of a node u is a[u] multiplied by the minimum over all g in S of dist[g][u].
5. Evaluate each segment
For each segment, we compute the total answer by iterating over all nodes. For each node, we scan all active gates and take the minimum distance.
If the active set is empty, the answer for every time in that segment is −1.
Why it works
For each time moment, every tourist independently chooses a shortest path to the nearest active gate. Because shortest paths are independent of other tourists, the total cost is simply a sum over nodes.
