Algorithm Walkthrough

We model each room i as having a sequence of possible teleport actions indexed by how many times we have increased it before using it. Using it the k-th time costs k + 1 total actions for that room usage, and moves us to (i + a[i] + k) mod n.

We then run a shortest-path process over rooms, but instead of having a single edge per room, we lazily generate better and better edges from each room.
