This makes the state space enormous even for moderate $K$, because each heap ranges up to $10^6$, and the number of distinct configurations is exponential in $K$.
Even if we simplify and compute a DP for each heap independently up to its value, doing that per query would require $O(K \cdot 10^6)$ per test in the worst case, which is far beyond limits.
The key observation is that the game is a disjunctive sum of identical subtraction games. Each bundle is a heap in a Nim-like structure. The Sprague-Grundy theorem tells us the entire position reduces to XOR of independent heap Grundy values. So the task becomes computing $g(x)$, the Grundy value of a single heap of size $x$, where moves are subtracting $A$, $B$, or $C$.
