So for every prefix ending at position i, we are essentially partitioning the first i rectangles into groups, where each group is enclosed by its own bounding rectangle, and we want the sum of these bounding areas to be as small as possible.
The constraint n up to 100000 forces us away from any quadratic or cubic transitions between prefix states. Any solution that tries to recompute optimal partitions from scratch for every i will immediately fail, since even O(n²) per test case would already exceed limits by many orders of magnitude. Why it works

Because of this, dominance between two candidates never flips back and forth arbitrarily, which allows a deque-based pruning strategy to remain valid throughout the sweep. The invariant is that the deque always stores candidate starting points whose cost functions are not dominated for any future i, so the front of the deque is always optimal.
